I'm not too keen on reading 10K's but it seems like a standard legal clause covering the possibility should it occur. For you to be reading the 10K seems to me your really into this stock, what have you heard about takeover rumors? By the way I've charted SLUP today given it's only a $5 stock at this time, signals tend to be exaggerated, but this stock is flying and ready to continue to make some big moves up.
