Consumer: A search of all 25,000 documents on line at the FDA's web site brings up nothing to support the Bloomberg headline you reported in your post: " a news article titled "Milestone Scientific Product Claim Disputed at FDA" dated April 24th (3:31 PM)." No recent news releases or enforcement reports about the Wand or Milestone. Nothing. 208.192.104.177 Can you supply any more information? Just how did the FDA make this statement? A news release? An interview? Who at FDA is saying this? And if they are, does that pose any problem? Is FDA threatening any action? Perhaps your post was just meant as a joke. If so please say so. By the way, how many "consumers" have access to Bloomberg terminals? Are you really a professional trader? Are you short MS?
