Alientech Dont mean to pry, but are you 40+ ? If so, most cos. dont want to hire you for fear of not being able to fire you if you cant perform. If not, can they hire a younger person with newer tech. education and / or training ? lower salary? Also you said you have hardware experience. Programming is the one field thats in demand right now.
