irby,

This post doesn't have to do with you question to John, but has to do with a previous post where you were very bullish on SEEK.

If indeed the trend is your friend you would have to admit the short term trends for all internet search engines has been down. Even semi-good news on Seek on Friday caused the "amateurs" to gap the stock up at the open, however, the pros took it down for the rest of the day.

At this point all the internet search engines are very overvalued in the traditional sense. They are all for the exception of Xcit very overbought and the ADX lines are showing fundamentalists (institutional brokers) sell signals.

If you are to believe the talking heads there is considerable sentiment favoring an overall market pullback.

There are many opinions as to the state of the market with regard to bubble everyone thinks exists. I kind of agree that the fed will tighten soon and the fear may drive the stocks. Which way no one knows.

What's your opinion.
