Eddy, you forgot something important in your obsessive attack on craig: The stock was trading in the 8s when he posted your examples, and any that listened to him were well served. Conversly, any that listened to the bulls of that time (myself included) are down close to 50%, and have seen 75% of that equity slip away at certain points in time. This while the indices have gained 25, 30, 35%?
Shorting is a part of the US market, you need to get used to it. I understand they don't allow it in Germany (you may correct me if that's wrong, I'm not positive).
Face it, the only reason people are mad at craig is because he was (and probably still is) right about the company. There is no way the company prevails in this suit, unless craig decides it's not worth the upfront money to fight it (He should be able to collect any legal fees he's paid from the company if he prevails, and they are still in business when that happens). And that would be a shame, it will just make the company believe that it can bully those who post opinions on an opinion thread.
All of the above is my opinion, except for verifiable historical facts.
