To all at the DGIV thread,
Elk has been posting, in both, the FTEL and DGIV threads a number of false accusations against me, that need to be addressed. In the interest of brevity, I will address the most important points and the supporting evidence to back what I say. Unlike Mr. elk who has provided none.
I have condensed the post in consideration to others that I am sure have no interest in this rubbish, the only reason I am responding is because otherwise, the stated rubbish by elk, would give him the benefit of my silence.
elk has done so by simply blabbering incomprehensible rubbish, misconstruing, changing context, and flat out making false statements in reference to my posts.
In addition, he has presented ZERO proof of what he says, I did, or I said. All he has done is extract line items from different posts, and change its meaning, context, and twisted my words. Without the URL reference to the full text.
Specifically, as far as I can understand his blabber, he says I have hyped, both FTEL and DGIV, and then at will, bashed the same two stocks. Other than that I have no idea what the hell he blabbers about.
I insist, the man has not presented a single shred of evidence, via URL's of prior posts of mine, nor has he specifically address in detail, What the hell is it that supposedly I did.
Am I a "shorter"? Am I a market maker? specifically, what is your point, and your evidence?

Thank you for your thought, however, remember that all I am doing expressing my opinion, which is that of one individual.
While your thought is indeed appreciated, I encourage everyone, with whatever opinions may have, to express them, as clearly as anyone may be able in their own ability, the important thing is that they are heard,
Otherwise, the entire purpose of this SI boards becomes a wasteland of the circus the absurd.
I acknowledge that to an extent I have been guilty in some respect of such participation, however, as I have explained, I have done so, in the spirit of fun, and making the research task somehow "light".

To the FTEL officers and employees:
Please do not take the above as an attack to you, they are not meant as such. I continue to think that you mean well and are doing your best to fulfill your objectives, and I whish you all the best.
This is not an apology to you for my statements, merely a clarification, so they are not taken out of context.

To the rest of the DGIV thread, so it is clear, I will say it once more: I have said this before, but I will say it again:
I invest in the stock market with the sole purpose to make money, (duh!) in the best way I can. Primarily I combine the following of trends, and what is known "value investing" which is finding sound companies which for reason a, or b, or c they may be oversold. Usually, I invest in NASDAQ stocks.
From time to time I do put funds in bb stocks, playing their possible "strong momentum" which is a totally different approach to the above, however, I do it in a limited basis.
I have been in and out of FTEL for about three or so years, in the last "expedition" I made a basic mistake, I believed too much in what they said about FTEL, and ignored my own rules, unlike others, who whish to blame the evil beings that lurk the world, conspiracies etc. I simply take my own blame, because it is ALWAYS MY DECISION to push the "sell" button. In this case I ignored my rules, and I paid the price, my mistake, no one else's.
Lucky for me, after my mistake of letting a considerable profit in FTEL, (pure greed, I wanted more), saw it disappear right in front of my eyes, FTEL had one of those so called, dead cat bounces, it allowed me to get out, and in the end, I am still in the black.
Since then, I have been in and out of many stocks, I have no specific "agenda" etc, I only seek facts that help me determine which move is next. Again, I follow trends, if it is up, I buy, if it weakens, or changes, I am out, no questions asked, I am trying to make it as mechanical as possible.
The stock market, (in my eyes), has two functions:
1. Funding of large and small companies.
2. A Place where investors and speculators (traders), attempt to make money.
NOTHING ELSE.
I have disclosed all of the above before, I do it again so there is no doubt. I am under no obligation to do so, yet I do it of my own free will. Contrary to what elk wants you to believe, I am not a market maker, or have evil intent, I have no altruistic motives either, I buy and I sell stocks according to my own opinion of what the market is doing. I do not consider myself an expert either, I am learning as I go, and yes I enjoy thoroughly the day to day battles between bulls and bears..(and pigs). While I take it seriously, I also have a tremendous amount of fun. You should try it.
In the end it really matters little what I do or do not do, the market is far larger for one individual to possibly affect it, one way or the other, particularly in the long term.
So THINK for yourselves, and do not let anyone, sway you from your own commitments, one way or the other, always make your own decisions.
Lastly, do not let this thread become another Circus of the Absurd. And above all, as once someone pointed out to me.. Do not let the inmates run the Asylum. my opinion only.
