Is it me or am I the only one realizing that Dell prices are not as competitive as they used to be. With the turmoil going on with pricing pressures, how does Dell think they are going to keep gaining market share with this strategy? Have they forgot their roots and how they got to be such a powerhouse to begin with. Also, I love the comment weeks back by Michael Dell on the sub $1k market. He stated that Dell is not to deal with outmoded technology. Obviously, he must be surfing the net with a T1 at home cause he is missing the big "bandwidth roadblock" that is causing Intel to choke. Kind of like putting a racecar engine in a Yugo. There is such so far you can go with horsepower if you have a lousy chassis. Any thoughts? And please, you people that have fallen in love with Dell please give me a non-emotional response.
Regards
