To All, sedar.com sedar.com This site is a wonderful source of information (FREE) on Canadian Companies. The posted link is for the Cervin Capital (Boomerang) deal. If you are interested in finding other company profiles etc. just cursor back to the .com portion of the web address and go to the main page. This site appears to be the equalivant of SEC in the USA. BTW, the stock last traded Friday at 1.12 US dollar. Dusty :o)
