Thundes Boomers -------Pat we have those (maybe not quite to the extent you described in your post) but close ---about 10 to 20 times per year.Tornado warnings are daily in May ,June and July and I would say it was a rare year that we did not sight 1 or 2.As far as flat ----there is no comparison to Dallas ----in residensal areas we have to dig large drainage areas so the water will have a place to go .This is a great place to raise a family and people tend to stay after they get use to it. Lets hope the market or a unforseen development does not derail our high hopes for TI stock.
