I'd just like to clear something up about my change of career. As somebody pointed out, I've worked at FTEL for a long time, going back to 1986. I relocated to Tampa in 1993, and have been commuting to Westlake pretty regularly. I've grown a little tired of that.

Franklin has been adding staff in Westlake that has made me somewhat obsolete.

Let me assure you that you could find no harder-working group of people than the people at Westlake. And they are working for you stockholders. Frank has distributed the wealth in the form of stock options, and everyone is extremely motivated.

I already own several 1000 shares of FTEL and I cringe when I read negative things about my resignation, thinking the stock price will go down even more than the ridiculous price it's at now. This deal I'm looking for in regards to FNET shares is due to the fact that I *have* to exercise them within a month.

FTEL is one of the few companies that actually make their own hardware. So many others are simply reselling NMSS or VOCLF. The profit margin is amazing.

Adding Magruder gives us a mature leader (to offset Frank's effervescent enthusiam which sometimes over-reaches), and that gives me great hope for FNET, and, by definition, FTEL. Frank Peters is the most remarkable human being I've ever met. We're all better off for being associated with him.

Good luck to all and I sure hope I don't have to write anymore here.
Regards, Bill.
