Jeff, Sorry for late response, had been out of town. Right away what I am guessing is that you may have to store your downloads of ELA files into the Omega directory .It is possible that SC is unable to access your stored files. I hope some other users can jump in with their suggestions. If this doesn't work we will have to look at some other possibilities. If all else fails or even right away you might want to e-mail tech support as it will take a few days for them to get back to you! Let us know what happans. regards, mark P.s.
