What is hard to understand when Bob says "Dollar Cost Average into the market at this time?" Bob's model has many, many indicators (I prefer calling them variables). I listened to about an hour of the show plus tapes of last weeks shows and it just seems he is saying the market "has a higher risk due to its higher levels and sentiment". Growth can still move the market higher and many are looking for reasonable growth next year after fairly light growth this year. Until earnings catches up with the multiple, we remain more risky for lump sum purchase. Sure, the market might be flat for awhile (backing and filling within 10%) but there is no prediction for a Bear at this time and he is still 100% invested. Don't get scared out.... regards Kirk out
