Justa and ALL: RE: NASDAQ Short Interest at April 15 for UTEK> This week's Barrons reports the following short interest for UTEK: At April 15 = 3,643,770 shares short (-16%) vs. 4,361,600 shares short at 3/15. With reported average daily volume of 301,408 shares, that's 12.1 days to cover, down from last month's high teens number. Looks like short covering this past month has been a strong factor in causing UTEK's share price to rise to current levels in the face of the poor earnings report last week. Can't blame them for covering at this point given the possible upcoming acquisition, together with the prospects for improved earnings for 1999 and forward. P
