Carl: I have thought about the UTEK possible acquisition of ISI and would like to ask you the following: 1. What is the date of the WaferNews article? I am would surprised to learn that it was published before the cc and no analyst popped the question directly during the Q & A. 2. Does the article have a named source? 3. How did they get the exact dates of the the signing if it is not a done deal? There is a great deal of time between now and May 12th. I don't consider it close to a done deal unless the parties have signed the papers. 4. Do you have independent confirmation of the article from UTEK or ISI or anyone else for that matter? 5. Are the terms mentioned? Seems to me that before one can evaluate the deal, one must know the terms in addition to the technology strategy and/or synergies. Art Z. appears to be a shrewd negotiator (Lepton comes to mind) and would not shell out the bucks/stock if it was not a deal that would be accretive to earnings or at least not a drag on them. 6.
