Tom, one of the questions you may want to ask should involve the current finances of the company, how much debt do they have (including any residual debt the closure of 7-7 might have induced. By the way, I have lost track of the left over operating companies within EXSO, is there any left? It might be a good idea to go over each one of these and see if they may not end up like 7-7 and just leave the parent with additional, not yet counted piles of debt. Zeev
