The facts are, to the best of my knowledge, is that ALL warrants
associated with Myerson, either by the company itself, or its
execs have been distributed....and it seems like that associated
shares have been sold, from looking at the volume and share price.
A few weeks ago, all of the warrants in the name of Myerson itself
were distributed. Now, all of the warrants associated with the
execs have been distributed. Franklin mgmt believes that it has
been Myerson that has been dumping shares, and I am sure a few of
the shareholders here panicked and dumped some as well.

Now, changing subjects, does anyone know what Frank, Tom, and
company were doing in New York this week? Does anyone know what
the outcome of these meetings were? If you can answer those
questions, maybe an investor will be more comfortable in the direction that the company is headed and look at the current price
as a buying opportunity instead of predicting doomsday.

What will happen when FNET starts announcing contracts? What will
happen if FNET ipos with a first-tier underwriter? News like this
will create a DGIV type move, and that is why it is dangerous to
be out of this stock now, IMO. A great buying opportunity....
