Look, we all welcome the opportunity to re-evaluate our assumptions and determine if the reasons why we bought WinStar in the first place are still sound. Although JC raised some interesting questions, his analysis is one-dimensional. I'd have to say he is bordering on, to be generous, misrepresentation, when he simply dismisses all of their accomplishments to date and says they aren't doing anything but losing money. We've heard that before, and it still isn't so. He talks about the possibility that some companies might put some portion of their telecom over wireless at some point in the future. Hmm. What percentage of the customers in NYC are on-net with wireless? Make the bear case, fine with me, but lets not focus on one aspect of the situation and pretend that nothing else matters. Like I said, even if he did manage to convert all of us right now, most of us could fold our hands with a tidy pile on the table. Jason - give us the names of a couple of stocks that you consider to be good buys right now, preferable companies that are on a sound financial footing. Sounds like you spend enough time on this stuff, how about sharing a little?

p.s. I just looked at the 100-day charts for JC's favorites: WIND, NKE and INTC. I can see we would have done much better with those...NOT!
