Inventory levels almost always go up in those circumstances. i.e. - a new product is being added. The company must have some new stuff before it can sell it. At the same time, existing customers using existing products must be supported until they complete their transitions to new products. I believe Matthews commented on these very things in the last CC. As for the analyst from GEARS, I wonder if he's tracked the ATM sales over the last 4 quarters. Not only is the growth explosive, but 90% of the sales are going to NN's TDM customers. I believe there's a fairly large installed base that needs products that scale. Who does he think they'll use? Just a thought. Later --- Pat
