Raleigh, Glad to hear that you will take the time and trouble to visit NVID and am looking forward to hearing your report. I hope you were not implying in one of your previous notes that you do not believe I have called Mr. Bunte. I have raised several of the concerns stated on this thread and they are all the result of direct contact with Mr. Bunte and the information he has given me that is in conflict with either previous press releases, visits from "David", or with statements he has given other investors. I have in no way indicated a lack of trust in any individual such as yourself and especially not Kerry. In fact, I am invested in this company as a result of my trust in these individuals as well as the company press releases available at the time.

I used the board of directors situation as an example for my concern. He flat out told me that there were no changes made in the board nor were any planned, yet you were able to get completely different information not 2 weeks later. If nothing else, Mr. Buntes consistancy leaves much to be desired. There ARE several areas of concern associated with this company and the only avenue the average investor has to alleviate them is through the company and the information released by Mr. Bunte. If that information is not consistant, general confusion and negative sentiment will be the result when shared on a forum such as this.

My primary concern right now is whether the recently issued S-8 shares are being dumped into the market, NVID statements to the contrary, a la SEXI. In the SEXI situation we were told again and again that the slide in price was caused by numerous shorters and internet never-do-wells. In actuality, it was caused by the dumping into the market of 20 million newly issued S-8 shares that the investors were not going to find out about for several more months.

I will be the first to admit that this company does not hype their stock in the manner that SEXI did. But, as you pointed out in your last post, investor relations is not up to par and I believe the stock is suffering as a result.
