I need to read more myself but I have been following the story for 4 to 5 years now and have always liked it. The reason I like it so much is that it is in the Guyana Shield which is like the Ring of Fire area in Indonesia, one of the most prolific gold belts in the world. The California Mother Lode and the Yukon also come to mind as belts. Ghana is actually part of the Guyana Shield but separated with the continents as I understand it. There are 3 - 8 million oz mines along strike and the Mango Trend is long and richly mineralized. The locals have been mining it for years. Furthermore the country speaks English and the laws are basically British and very mining favorable. The government seems to want to help. The population is very small and they need jobs. Sheridan comes from a mining family and is well educated in economics and mining issues. He is young, bright and aggressive. When the majors go looking for prospects this would have to be near the top of their list. So he should be able to get a partner of size. There are not too many shares out. Just looks like a formula for success in a turning gold market if they can get off COATS. I think they will work in that direction. They are aware that many people just will not buy there and for good reason. I go partly by intuition and I just have a very good feeling about this one.
