To Donald and All: Based on a recent study on 111 companies in
communication sector, this is a $20-25 stock, given the current
market, communication sector's condition, and the
company's fundamentals. Even it may take a whole year for this
issue to reach its 'fair' price, you can see a more than 100%
gain from here. I posted background information and statistical
results of this study in some detail on DSC Communication thread
#533). You may want to take a look at it.
If you have investment in any other communication company, you may
want to check its standing relative to it peer in the same
sector. You can simply insert into that equation your companies'
consensus estimates of 1997 EPS, Long term growth (percentage),
institutional ownership(percentage), and capitalization ($mil.) to
estimate 'fair' prices. Shortly, I will post a list of about 100
companies' recent prices, 'fair' value, consensus estimates
of EPS, capitalization, book value, etc.
