There is vast information on the internet which can greatly aid investors. Quote.com has a free 15 min. delay of intra-day charting for your favorate stocks in your portfolio. You can watch as the large blocks sales are made. You can see when the MMs are padding the ask price when the best bids are lower. That can save you some serious money.

If you know your call letters for the various options (VVQIC) you can see the history of the prices for that particular strike price. Set the Candlesticks and volume indicators on and set the time to daily.
You can learn how the price movements of the stock impact the options. Also, you can see how time decay near the end of the option life eats away day by day. Watching the movements will give you a better feel for writing better CCs because you learn to gauge the risk.
