I think you could be right Targetzero. I have been hearing rumors for the last week regarding negotiations for a significant project. If these are correct the numbers released could be very substantial, especially barrels/share and NAV (given the small number of shares outstanding and tiny float). Looking at the chart there is a massive gap right up past $3.00 - there is almost no stock until $4.00. I'll be watching for the news, if its as good as I've heard it should fill that gap easily.
