Hi Jon. My apologies for not returning your e-mail earlier. As you know I was travelling overseas.
Yes, I firmly believe TRBDF can be a 50 banger based on a $2.00 start point.
That means that the price would have to hit 100.00 US.
In order to achieve that level TRDF would have to earn 3.00 per share (adjusted for splits).$ 3.00 per share at a 33 multiple P/E = $100.00 In order to 3.00 per share TRBDF would have to produce a year end profit of 80,000,000 US. Sound impossible ?
They would have to sell 800,000 turbopac units (200,000 per quarter) at approximately 100.00 net profit on each unit = 80 million.
Annually, the sales target would be as follows:
Quarterly Target Annual Target US 63,000 250,000 Latin America 25,000 100,000 Central Europe 75,000 300,000 Eastern Europe 25,000 100,000 Asia Pacific 25,000 100,000 ------- Total 850,000 units
John, the potential of Turbodyne is big ! This stock could make you and me in millionaires. But it might take another three years to get there. Walter Ware seems to me the right guy to do it. But we have three years to watch and see if he makes the right moves.
Let me know your comments whether you agree or disagree.
