I, in one of my replies put"if" because I can not say with a 100%
what will take place,as anyone else can. If I did not believe as strong
as I do,I would "never" be as deep and committed in EPEA as I am.
"Start" has been a dragging slow process,but I feel that will be
overcome with time,for one,that is the main reason that a legal
firm had to be hired right in Washington,D.C., for it is there where all direct legal matters must be iron out with both the
Dept.of Transportation and the Dept.of Defense. Two, back in 1995
EPEA showed they had some real know how in the launch field,when
in record time of only a month,"normally it takes 3-4 months
as being fast", the Eagle S1/11 PAYLOAD User's Manual was submitted to the USAF for approval and EPEA received approval in one month!
I feel it is patience in seeing not only that first launch, but
also the swift launch of EPEA'S stock from the lowlands right now
