Chris, I have heard the dreaded words "fully valued" being used by analysts in regards to the financial sector(they might as well scream "sell"). I also have what looks like a head and shoulders on CMB, and BAC looks no more encouraging. I agree with you that the rotation out is just beginning- and if the FED does tighten in May, the rotation will become a stampede.
