One should not forget that the passage of time is a factor in any speculation. I still think they will get the TX deal, but I'm certain that they expected to close before now. My current take is that RNTK will visit the $3 territory in the next couple weeks and I will be able to take a little trading profit without abandoning the stock entirely. Anyone investing in RNTK should make every attempt to follow it daily, because the situation can change very rapidly. PS: Been through this "crossing i's and dotting t's" stuff before on other stocks, and it can be much more frustrating than "no news".
