I do not remember the exact dates, but I did not stay with them long.. The billing error has dragged on and one person will tell me that it has been taken care of, and then boom I'll get another bill from them. Then they will make up some excuse like they needed a letter from me instead of a phone call. I will send a letter and it still does not take care of the problem. They do not appear to have their act together.
