Hi Marilyn, "Start" is the same difference as giving the okay to EPEA to be able to make agreements "or contacts" with people wanting the launching services of EPEA,and this final "okay" is in the direct hands of power of both the Dept.of Transportation and the Dept. of Defense. Anyone outside that circle has no real knowledge of where things stand at this point except the 2 departments and the lawyers representing EPEA, except for Bob Davis being kept up todate in being informed by his lawyers. Unless someone knows someone on the inside,I know of no way in getting any hard info. Betty Davis can tell you it is on going,but probably not much more than that. EPEA Believer * Richard
