Sorry Larry,

All I know is what I have seen in the papers and what I have learned from sources in the industry. Currently NY & CA are the areas experiencing big problems, but other telcos have realized that this is a problem that must be dealt with soon. Check out Nortel or Lucent. They were the 2 companies mentioned in the article I read in the Houston Chronicle. I know Nortel has a homepage. It shouldn't be hard to find. Try some addresses. It won't take long to get there.
Nortel has a high P/E relative to its historical #'s. It is higher now than ever but so is the stock. They keep coming up with new products and are making $$$$.
