My understanding is that the extra 2 mill came from a simple need to raise cash early this year. I was also told that they did a 504 which would put 1 mill into the float, or COULD put 1 mill shares into the float, but that they may not need to take advantage of the entire 504 as they were beginning not to need cash. <<GG>>

I guess not!!
