<<It looks bad but the cash payments originally went straight

And this makes a difference??? They have options/shares which gives them control of the company allowing them to take huge salaries and it is OK because the company paid their tax bill in full, not them personally?????

When you or I get a bonus from our jobs, does the company we work for foot the tax bill or do we have to pay it? Do the companies we work for have REVENUES????

You seem to be saying that because this company has "potential" and COULD be a 3 bagger or whatever, that this abuse of power is OK???? Basically screwing the shareholders is OK, because "someday" the ship will come in?

Sheesh.
