Richard, They sure have a penchant for dilution don't they? I guess with some following it's the easiest way for them to print up money. I don't buy the "hostile takeover" hot air. (I'll take a poison pill of rights and warrants over dilution any day, and I'm sure you concur). Well, they keep it up and I guess I will have the option of lowering my average cost per share once our compatriots get wind of their further dulition desires. Shaman Pharmaceuticals (SHMN on OTC) is a lot more likely to be taken over by a JNJ than is this development stage company. I'll call Edgar and get their latest as well. Best, Brian
