Daryn Fleming: Issued about 11.0 million, Float about 2.5 million shares. Public in summer of 1995. Deal with Westinghouse to develop alkaline fuel cells for light industrial vehicles. Westinghouse manage Savannah River project in GA for the Dept of Energy. Apollo 13 used 3 alkaline fuel cells. Technology works as Westinghouse and Astris worked togethor on commercializing it. Significant news in 1 - 2 weeks on new financing to complete conversion of golf car to fuel cell power, then it seems the move up in power to fork lifts and small cars. Key is the technolog
