TB,

OTUSA was a private company that recently 'merged' with CIGI.
Rather than go thru the hassle of doing an IPO many small
emerging companies choose to go this route.
It allows them a vehicle in which they can go public without
the time consuming and expense of an IPO.

Another method is to do a reverse, ( placing company assets
into a 'Shell' )

Markets seem too like the idea of four more years of Gridlock.
Congress will keep a tight choke chain on shenanigans of HRC.
