I bought this stock, (formerly HSTV) back in Dec 1996, and have traded in and out since. More recently I bought most between 7/32 and 5/8, and am glad to see the results. However, while I was buying, I justified my actions on the assumption that with 11 Mil shares being worth about $4 I couldn't go wrong. I do not understand how the share number got from 11 Mil to 21 Mil almost overnight. No one has yet, including the company been able or willing to divulge that information. The speed and extent of this dilution is bothering me also. Further, I am sticking to my "gap" theory, and am wondering when we will see trading at or below the $.75 price. I guess if they double the share count again like they so easily and quickly did already, then $.50 to $.75 would be a piece of cake for the MM's. What do the rest of you think? Russ
