Robert, thank you for your kind response. May The Lord do so to you and more.
"And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ forgave you." (Eph 4:32 NKJV) "Therefore be imitators of God as dear children." (Eph 5:1 NKJV) "And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma." (Eph 5:2 NKJV).
Since we who have been born again by The Holy Spirit have the divine nature of God our Father, the Scripture encourages us to live like our Father. Tough thing to do, right?
Jesus, friend of sinners, has visited my world and changed my life, amen.
"Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ." (Eph 1:2 NKJV) "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ," (Eph 1:3 NKJV) "just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love," (Eph 1:4 NKJV) "having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will," (Eph 1:5 NKJV) "to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He has made us accepted in the Beloved." (Eph 1:6 NKJV)
WOW, what things He has done for us, "Accepted in the Beloved."
