In the spirit of costing go2net money for storage space with my meaningless blather I would like to suggest that the blather, however apparently meaningless, is not meaningless.
I will try to make this long.
I am mildly autistic, myself, actually, usually, I think. And I know from experience that one can gather and garner much more information through personal communication and personal involvement then by just listening.
The various odd words, asides, humor and random thoughts, unplanned by anyone, that can cue great insights and further deeper discussion.
Sort of like a market economy rather than one centrally planned, I suppose. Communication is a living organism, not a logical progression - at least of the logic we know.
Too, there is a reason that communities exist, and as the old ones fade, these strange new ones are cropping up. I don't know what function they serve, but they cannot be stopped.
