I've also had some problems with the Waterhouse Webbroker site. Their equipment and sofware don't seem to be able to handle the load (especially during peak periods), although it does work ~70% of the time for me. It's frustrating when it happens and you really MUST get a trade in. Even with the problems though, they offer a pretty good deal, who can argue with $12.
