Jeff: The Internet issue is one of the discussion points right now between BANX and CAWS. I do not think that BANX will have anything to do with MMDS internet services and it will be left up to CAWS to sell it themselves or through a subsidiary. The problem is that this Internet transmission method competes with their existing Internet services (T-1 lines, ISDN, etc...). So, in a way, BANX would be competing with themselves and they have already invested billions into T-1. frame relay, ISDN, etc... How can they offer a much faster service, cheaper?

Plus, CAWS is a threat to their Internet services if they don't have some control over it.
