Yes, they would probably think it strange at the local feed store if someone came in and kept asking "don't you have anything smaller? it's for my pet iguana?" Just one cc is fine, Thanks.

But, seriously, I think that the current focus on "needle exchange"
is designed to marginalize drug addicts by creating the false impression that "these people" are either homeless or close to it.

This is far from the truth!
