Dan, I wish I knew. As far as I know, the only arguments you can check against are the bid, ask, change, etc. Of course, if you know the value of the bid, you can check against it. For example, if the bid is 18, you can put an alert if the bid is less than 18 or greater than 18, but then you have to change the alert every time the bid changes ...
I myself have different formulas in several cells, and I wish I can set up an alert when they change or they reach a specific value, but there's no way to do this yet. Maybe one day ...
BTW, regarding the previous post, you can always 'export' your sheet into an excel spreadsheet. But the way they used to have it way back was that you would have IQ and Excel open at the same time and you could have a cell in Excel pointing to another cell in IQ, and when this one changed it will automatically change the one in Excel. That was very cool, but not available right now.
