James...ONe thing to keep in mind is the dilution effect... Unless i am wrong, on the conference call, the first caller inquired about the number of shares that were outstanding presently...since the aquisitino was completed near the very end of the Q, it did not have much effect on dilution...but within the answer i seem to remeber that there could be 1.5 MM more shares outstanding in the current Q compared to the one just reported... This would make the # of shares bump to ~24.3 MM...and this compares to 20.45 MM for the Q ending 12/31/95...19% dilution... For us to have true 100% revenue sales come down to stockholders, the current Q must have $31 MM in sales... If anyone feels free to correct/clarify/amplify this area of the conference call...I would appreciate it...Thnx in advance...
