I thought that it went from 20.5 to 22. I didn't write the # down. I know it was really stupid not to. Not a good investing decision, but I didn't want to relisten to the 1/2 hour thing again. I've got studying to do. Sam, check your #'s please. All 4 pages of them. Pretty please. Anyways, your right if # is 24 million now about the 31 million. That is a tall order to fill. I personally don't think that is possible. I wish they would get their sh.. together and learn the way investing and the markets work. I know it was a quick decision, but it seems to me that they gave their left nut to buy Fibronics. Sorry if I offended anyone, but that is how I feel about the dilution effect. The company still has a paltry small # of shares outstanding so I don't believe that it will have a huge long-term effect. But in the short-term they have to sell, sell, sell.... Who was the private placement to. Good friends of theirs from Israel? Hell maybe they looked in their closet and took the money out of their drawer. I just want to see who bought the shares. Gotta go Dan Ross
