Mr gbh you must not have traded WED THurs or FRI am. On Wed they acknowledged thru there own messages that orders where screwed until 10;25 on Wed Thurs it was 10:05 and fri 9:45. I am in a room with hundreds of other traders no one experienced these problems other than datek customers. This may not fit your definition of unreliable but it does mine. On Wed it cost me 4500 because of no execution not only that it took 14 min just to show up on my daily activity, this is very scary because you cant cancel what isnt there. i wish you continued luck in your datek trades.
