as bad as the PBHG smaller cap aggressive funds have done, they have easily outperformed other former small cap leaders, Govett Smaller Company Fund and Van Wagoner Emerging Growth. Its not even close.

Simply put, this niche has performed terribly; PBHG is just trying to hold its own.
