david: How do you see this as good news. Do you know the conversion price. Why do it for only 10,000,000. Why a convert- very expensive debt in the long run. This shows a great deal of naivete on the part of PLC. Seems like they were overwhelmed by the big boys. I could have raised that much for them in small NE banks. Not necessarily good news but given my long position keep the spin up. John
