Well,Phil,you may be right,regards the buy-out,but its out of my hands now,I am committed--it is a gamble now. Regards the fair value of TALK,as I simply know nothing about all this,I just read the raging arguments on the message boards,and there is certainly a strong variance on TALK'S value.It seems people have extremely different views of the details of deal with AOL and just how well they are selling subscriptions. The only hopeful indicator regards a buy-out is that GTE has been consistently named as the potental buyer now,from several rumor sources.The lastest is GTE offering 28 and TALK asking 33.We will see.max90
