Why has it declined so much indeed! Something here smells to high heaven. First the price and volume of Cistron was the highest on the day BEFORE the announcement. If that isnt proof of insider trading, what is it? Secondly, how in world can a company be worth the same amount or less after winning such a significant settlement? WHO benefited from the run on Oct 31.? The public was certainly not in on the settlement information on the 31st? This IS illegal isn't it?
