Suit was against FSCX, not Madsen. Two different thoughts... 1. Let stock drop and financials look tough so they can settle for stock. 2. Try to get stock up on some announcement so that it will take fewer shares to settle, since cash won't be used either way. Obviously there are a multitude of other scenerios. These are just the two that make sense right now. Regarding the question of revenue. Remember that FSCX rarely announces contracts or sales in the middle of the quarter. So who knows how the quarter is going. A lot of people hear that it's going well, but the sources are tough to pin down. And my source hasn't been great for a while. So I guess we'll have to wait.
